They secure around the neck and over the top of the cap, preventing tampering with or theft of any of the contents in your equipments tank. The standard two sizes available fit most Walk Behind and Zero Turn/Riding Mower fuel tanks on the market today. Easy installation with ready access for the operator to fill the tank. Can be color coded to easily show what goes into that particular tank preventing major problems with the wrong fuel being added. You can order custom W.E.
